Processing Time
Every AvatiStudio piece is made to order. Standard items are processed within 2–4 business days. Personalized items (engraved, printed, or custom photo pieces) require 3–7 business days for crafting before they ship, as each one is made specifically for you.

Shipping Times
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 8–15 business days
- Canada: 8–15 business days
- Australia: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom: 8–15 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local courier delays, or high-demand periods (holidays, sales events).

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may apply on qualifying orders as indicated on our website.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive this email.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Order Changes & Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order has entered processing, we may not be able to change the shipping address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at supportmovee@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Lost or Delayed Packages
